At CoverMyClubs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Please read the following terms and conditions regarding our refund policy.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Time Frame: You must request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item(s). After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required to process your refund.
2. How to Request a Refund

Contact Us: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@covermyclubs.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Return Authorization: Once your refund request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).

Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Processing Your Refund
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Notification: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your account statement, depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you need a different size or style, please contact us at support@covermyclubs.com. We will work with you to arrange an exchange, subject to product availability.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
